You most probably would have to add the additive for you car as i have the same car, but not to worry until the message appears. 307 is a miles better car than people say. I've got a 2.0i Feline with the 180bhp GTi engine. If your budget can stretch to it (and you can find one) I HIGHLY recommend getting a Feline over any other petrol engine. Alternatively, go for the 2.0 HDi 136bhp engine. 307s are heavy cars and you will always appreciate the extra grunt.
